Holly Trimble is a licensed Real Estate agent with South Padre Coastal Real Estate, Inc. on South Padre Island, Texas. She functions as the firm's internet marketing manager and Mary Phillip's virtual assistant.
Holly has had a number of life experiences that help her in her position. She grew up helping her dad in his office supply and furniture business, becoming very comfortable in the business world. She earned two college degrees, including a master's degree in physical therapy from Boston University, and worked as both a pediatric physical therapist and classroom teacher for a number of yeras.
When her children were young, Holly wanted the flexibility of working primarily at home, so she got into the business of buying and managing rental property. She owned rental property for almost twenty years, so has a unique understanding of the challenges facing property owners. Since she bought and sold a number of homes herself, she's very familiar with the concerns of both buyers and sellers. She knows how important it is for transactions to go through as smoothly as possible and the value of paying attention to every detail.
While her focus now is on real estate, Holly hasn't given up her love for science. She teaches anatomy and physiology as an adjunct professor at a local community college and also is an on-line instructor for www.ed2go.com.
