Olga Vega-Carter is a licensed Real Estate agent with South Padre Coastal Real Estate on South Padre Island, Texas.
Olga Vega-Carter, a native of Port Isabel, Texas, is a member of one of the founding families of the Laguna Madre area. She has spent most of her life in the area and has extensive knowledge and familiarity with the people and the properties here. She is vivacious and sincere and goes out of her way to put the interests of her clients first.
Olga’s love of family and friends makes her a valuable and coveted addition to many of the non-profit organizations in the Laguna Madre community. She has served on the Boys and Girls Club and Tip of Texas Family Outreach Fundraiser Committees. She never fails to give her time to the Salvation Army and has recently become a board member of the Point Isabel ISD. She truly believes in the importance of these organizations and their missions and is a proven and committed fundraiser.
It is her ability to focus on the project at hand that ensures her success as a real estate professional. Her persistence and determination help make people's dreams become reality.
Her love of real estate started with her job in Bend, Oregon where she worked at one of the top resorts, Broken Top. She helped to create virtual tours of listed property, and it was here where Olga developed her ability to show and promote property. However, it wasn’t until she and her husband moved back to the Laguna Madre area that she pursued her goal of obtaining her real estate license. She has quickly become a vital part of the real estate community.
She listens to her clients as they express their real estate objectives and has the uncanny ability to facilitate and negotiate on their behalf. Her expertise ranges from condominiums, waterfront, and investment property to residential and commercial real estate, and even undeveloped land for future development.
Olga earned her real estate license while working full time and helping her husband raise two young boys. She is now expecting her third child, a little girl to be named Mary.
