Greg Fain is a licensed realtor with South Padre Coastal Real Estate, Inc. on South Padre Island, Texas.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Greg attended Texas Tech and Southern Methodist Universities. After his honorable discharge from the United States Naval Reserve, he became Director of Sales and Marketing with one of the largest homebuilders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and served on the Board of Directors of the Sales and Marketing Council of Dallas and Collin counties. He is a graduate of Leadership Laguna Madre, sponsored by the South Padre Island Chamber of Commerce. The mission of this group is "to identify, educate, and motivate emerging leaders to improve the Laguna Madre area through personal and collective commitment, with an active network of informed, concerned citizens who will guide the future and growth of the community".
Since becoming a licensed Texas Realtor, he has attained the prestigious E-PRO designation from the National Association of Realtors as well as the Certified Sales Professional designation awarded by the National Association of Homebuilders. Greg is a licensed U.S Coast Guard boat captain and enjoys off-shore sport fishing, golf, and gourmet cooking when time permits.
